Since finding seddit, I've been a lot more relaxed around women. I can talk and flirt comfortably and it seems to be getting a good response. However, I don't know how to close the deal, to actually ask someone out. I haven't had much luck in the past with this kind of thing, so I'm kind of afraid of rejection, even though logically it doesn't matter (the worst I can get is a no, etc.). I guess what I'm asking is, is there a way to increase the chance of a woman saying yes?

TL;DR: Can you ask in such a way that makes a woman say yes?
