If you cant walk up to someone at a party and start a conversation or even on the street or in a store or dont seek that interaction out toure more reserved also be more free with how you feel and toure life experiences it will wash that away I used to be in youre shoes man just work on it Also I'm 21 as well just had all that and that issue at 20 also if you're tall and quiet people are scared of you be the frendly giant type not the stone statue

You need confidence, I know it sounds cliche but if you was to lose all of the above the next day you gotta be able to go out and still know your worth and deliver your energy. Hope it helps
