Right so to cut a long story short:

I met this girl on Snapchat, met up felt like she was attracted to me, but at the time she was already sort of seeing someone and it like she wanted to get with me. So anyways after a while we ended up arguing. After a while she broke up with her bf, and I poinced back in, after a few days if shitty replies she started to finally talk properly to me. But I was too late she was already talking about getting with someone else. I told her I liked her, she got pissed off saying she only saw me as a friend, and I made it arkward and fucked it up. So anyway after this we spoke on snapchat but she really didnt give me a fu conversation. She used to give me tips and tell me to talk to girls etc. So then all of a sudden I get a follow on ig from her best friend. Who is a twin.(like me😏) Shes quite cute and maybe shy. Problem is I dm'ed her twin sister before and never got a reply. Should I try and message her? And if so what should I say?
