Hard for us to figure out what's happening when you haven't posted any details at all. It could be something as basic as too much texting them. Next time you get done with a date with a girl record every detail you can remember in text format (every move you both make and line of dialog). It might be long winded but chances are just the act of writing it will help you find a lot of problems.
