Worst case she thinks you suck. Medium case it's a shit test. Best case she maybe had to put her phone down for a huge shit.

But why would any of these situations affect the way you conduct yourself and where you put your attention? Do you have other things that need your attention? Focus on those. She can smell your neediness when you respond to those. Not saying ignore, just have other things to do and you'll give off a better vibe.
