As the title suggests. I am an offshift worker, aka 11pm-7:30am. I find trying to set up dates and following through with conversations via text tends to be very challenging, let alone actually going on dates without looking like im about to passout. Im just curious how my fellow offshift workers go about the dating and pickup scene while working demanding hours.
