I recently got a job working behind a bar, and was wondering if there's anyone out there who has advice/thoughts on picking up women as a bartender. Bartenders are supposedly known for killing it, but i'm having difficult applying approach techniques which don't seem inappropriate.

also thought any advice could be useful for people looking to pick up while working in similar positions
