Depends on how big your school is. The big component in high school is being alpha: looking and acting the part. So lift weights and apply the basics, go after your type. Is there a standard write up for body transformation here? Anyone looking into it, I'd be happy to help

I'm just about to finish my senior year and i've been practicing seduction since January and I wish i knew about seddit earlier on. its kind of hard to start approaching when you're at school where people you know are all around and you feel like they're watching you so i would approach randoms outside of school. After a few months of that my conversation skills were way better and my confidence was up and so i felt more comfortable interacting with girls at school. and dude... girls in high school are easy. I actually had no idea how it was so easy to get a girl interested just by a bit of flirting and then i thought about it. On seddit you always read about how girls get hit on all the time and stuff like that but in highschool, most guys are how i was when i first started pickup. They're scared to approach because they think they'll be humiliated or embarrassed. So when a guy actually talks to them with confidence they get all giggly and nervous/happy because you've done what most guys won't. I'd say start in high school where it's EASY to practice with high success.
