Probably. By and large, you only get one shot to make your move. Over at your place alone + pizza + wine. She hints that you aren't being aggressive enough when she says "I didn't even know you were touching me."
In her mind, you are either not that attracted to her or you are just too scared to make a move. Neither of those is a good thing.
It's really tough to come back from those early impressions. Be bolder and this type of thing will not happen.

I wouldn't do that if I were you. Just chalk it up as a loss and try again.
After a few months, maybe you will get an opportunity to restart the interaction. I wouldn't do it before then though. You want to avoid situations where you are a tool of validation and gravitate towards situations where you are a tool of sexual satisfaction.

I like the last sentence. Thanks. On the aggressive side, I have been described as soft and gentle. How do I learn that agressiveness.

It's not complicated. Just go for it. If you are too aggressive you can always take it back a little, but you can't apologize for being passive. That will just make you come off as even more passive than she originally thought.
