Do you go out by yourself or do you go with friends?
How attractive were the girls and were they with friends?
Where did you take the girls that you spent the night with? Your apartment, your dorm, a dark alley, your parents home?

Tips of my own

Don't walk around the club all night searching for women. You don't want to look like a predator hunting his prey
Do Enjoy yourself. Or at least look like you're enjoying yourself. This is done by laughing, dancing, drinking and having an overall good time
It doesn't matter how good you of a dancer you are. What matters is how much fun you seem to be having while you dance

the part about "approach immediately when she gives you eye contact/iois" is definitely what I'm working on now. Unfortunately, girls don't really give me iois. I just gotta go in.

This other dude I roll with though, he's getting iois and glances from women all the time. then he just goes in, and it's almost a done deal from the start.

What do you usually say after "whats your name?" I want to set myself apart from everyone else in the club.

Also, what do you do about girls with their friends? Do you ignore the friends or introduce yourself? I'm talking about the initial meeting, not pulling her away afterwards.

Ask and convince her to leave with you? Doesn't work well because it triggers the "I'm not a slut" or "my friends will think I'm a slut" guilt instinct, even if she really wants to go home with you. Then you'll have to use logic and rational arguments which kills the emotional and sexual atmosphere. In my opinion you have to bypass that by 'tricking' her into leaving without saying it precisely. The next day she'll feel less guilty if "one thing led to an other" rather than "I just hooked up drunk to a total stranger" It has to be a fortunate accident that you two were in position to have sex and not a one time stand cliché.

What do you say to them in a club environment though? Usually they're all dancing in a circle, and asking her basic questions (like where you're from, bla bla) seems fake to me as we both know very well why I approached her. Also this isn't one of the best places for a conversation due to the loud music.

I am no fan of clubs. But the last time i went to a bar/club spot, i found it incredibly easy to escalate to that level. Opened up, met her friends, got to dancing and was able to manage a whisper (yell) to her ear that my tongue moves better than my lips...

This was s fairly short ride, but dancing gives you the perfect excuse to check her out, touch her body, and prime her for a heightened sexual interaction.
