Background info:

1.)I don't see her very often, as she is usually called in only when we are VERY busy, because of her tight schedule. I might work with her once or twice a month when she is normaly scheduled and not called in for help.

2.)Breaks are always scheduled apart because of my department's setup. Only one person can be on break at a time in my department.

3.)When I see her (Last time was about a month ago, and I broke up my my previous GF about 2 weeks ago.) she is always flirting with me, talking and laughing, etc.

Questions:

When I see her, how should I approach her? My managers tend to break up any conversation between co-workers (Usually by throwing shit at them from the cash office like markers or erasers or yelling at us)
