The "girls with no morals" are there to have fun. You should worry less about what your next moves are and focus on having fun. It'll be natural and easier. Find someone else who is having fun and join them. You could initiate with a fun line but do you really have to ask if you're trying to escalate without words? If you can escalate without words then I doubt asking her would really matter.

edit: When escalating, it comes naturally when you're having fun. When it goes successful for you the first time, it'll be easier to understand what to do because for the most part it'll be rinse and repeat.

Dance with the girls, and when you FEEL you're at a peak with her emotionally, LEAD her. This can be difficult in raves because they are generally packed as fuck, but do your best to literally walk her to a more secluded location by grabbing her hand and walking. (You don't have to say anything)

I'd put one of my hands behind her waist and the other on her upper waist area while moving in to her ear, in a way that looks like your about to kiss her but your actually about to tell her something in her ear. Make sure your cheeks are touching which will build sexual tension and say something like "You're attractive, whats your name"and then pull back and make eye contact to her eyes and lips and continue from there
