I have always enjoyed approaching attractive women out in public. It clicked earlier this week that I have treat everyone out in public the same way I treat attractive girls in order to generate real estate leads. My results have been fantastic! I go up to complete strangers saying, "Hey, how are you doing? My name is Toby and I am a local realtor. Who do you know looking to buy or sell real estate?" Every experience has been positive. I have more approach anxiety talking to dudes than hot chicks! I love this though. Just wanted to share.
