I have finally beat my approach anxiety and wanted to share some things I learned doing this all on my own.

1) REJECTIONS ARE OKAY.

Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you will face rejections. On my first day ever approaching, i was shit scared and got rejected the WHOLE TIME. You are not special worrying about rejection.

2) YOU NEED TO APPROACH TO GET BETTER.

You dont learn to walk in 1 day. It just doesnt happen. Its all about trial and error. A baby doesnt give up walking after its first try. This applies for seduction. KEEP TRYING.

3) YOU ARE NOT AS AWKWARD AS YOU THINK YOU ARE

Seriously you are not. By just approaching, it shows you have balls. Women respect that even if they harshly reject you. I have had women give me the bitchiest attitude and later I have been told that I was brave to even approach because 99% of dude dont.

4) BEING SCARED IS NORMAL BUT YOU WONT DIE.

The mentality Ive had is if it doesnt kill me, I will continue doing it. You have to have a positive mindset. If you think you will fail, you most likely will.

5) IT IS ALL ABOUT PATIENCE

Every rejection you face, you will get just a little but better. Just like compound interest, every small win will add up and make you better quick. You need to be patient. Rome was not built in 1 day.

Keep approaching. I am rooting for you even if you aren't for yourself. You got this. If you have questions dm me!
