I desperately need help in self expression. As I've noticed it's my biggest weakness. I'm just not used talking about what and why I like it. I couldn't really tell what I like about my friends more than a few words which would barely make a meager sentence. Or to a girl what I like about her besides looks or taste in something. Be it music movies or fashion.

Anyone knows big lists of questions that are good to ask and answer for myself. Or other ways to improve self on this subject.

I usually can't muster a real question I would like to hear the answer to or joining in a passionate subject.
