TL;DR - i shake when i talk to her even when im not nervous. Need help with this problem( please read to understand).

So i've been studying and learning game since march of this year( beginning of the pandemic). I've learnt a lot about game theory, verbal game, text game, day game, group theory and even female nature. I won't say i know it all but i studied hard because i had that drive and i've always not been good with women since i was overweight ( Now i'm quite muscular). So i'd say i know more than the average guy but not the best. i have pretty good text game and verbal game ( those are my perks) So that makes me a good conversationalist since i've been getting a lot of positive responses about me " knowing how to hold a convo" or "knowing what to say at the right time" or even my storytelling. Now that i've started making more approaches, i open pretty well and i say the right things but for some reason my face starts to twitch more specifically my upper lip and it disrupts the flow of my speech sometimes but i try to hide it. No don't worry the girl can't actually see it i have a mask on. This has never happened to me even when i made approaches back when i never knew anything about game. I'm aware that knowing theory and application is different and i DO apply what i learn, but this lip twitching is getting on my nerves. Lastly to make a disclaimer: Deep down i always have good intentions. I don't date multiple women but i have a lot of them as female friends ( even some of them told me they liked me) i always talk to one girl at a time. I can't really keep up with the multiple dating thing at least i have preselection social proof on my back. Does anyone know what causes the twitching? How to fix it? Progressions? etc
