So, I've been lurking Seddit for a couple of days, and thought of some things that I do, which might help others.

Before my mindset was changed - which was helped a lot by having my first actual (albeit short-lived) relationship - I could never approach 'hot' girls. I would get nervous and avoid them like the plauge, for fear that I wasn't good enough. I decided one day though, that:

  1. There's no such thing as leagues. I don't believe that because of someone's physical nature, they're "out of my league". That's a bunch of garbage. Just because they look a certain way, does not mean that they aren't 'worthy' of me. Threw the league thing right out the window.

  2. This may seem weird, and contradictory to point one, but I often pretend that a hot girl I see, will eventually screw me over in some way. For whatever reason, this helps me with confidence. I suppose it's because it puts me at ease, by caring less about what she thinks of me, because she'll 'screw me over somehow at some point anyways'. I never act douchey though.

  3. I know what I find attractive, but I pretend it isn't. This makes me less nervous as well. For example, it's been hard for me to not put "hot" in quotations this whole time.

I've received more numbers this way than I ever have before.

Now, that's just where I'm at now. I still haven't gone on many dates recently (I need help with the rest of my game, but that's another story.) However, I believe these three things are pushing myself in the right direction! :).

Figured I'd just put this out there. Maybe everyone alreay knew about these tricks, and I'm totally 'tarded. Maybe not, and it'll help someone out. Never know 'till you try!
