Give it some time before messaging again. If you have her snapchat, put up a story of you doing something that looks interesting. You can also post pictures that suggest you are with another girl, or put up a photo of the sky with a pretty building in it, suggesting you're heading to dinner or something - especially if you location tag it on instagram.
Always match the time she takes to respond + add a little bit. If she takes 15 minutes, take 20. If she takes an hour, take 1.5 hours.
Also, be messaging more girls. Get tinder. Learn to qualify availability too, will help in setting up plans when you are able to again smoothly.
