Don't make a movie your first date. You'll be sitting together mostly in silence and won't build any rapport with her. Movies are good dates after you've known the person for a while and you can make out etc. Go somewhere you both can talk as well as touch in public like a boardwalk or meeting up with friends or just some kind of activity. I live in Florida so we have Put, Put galor. Give her an introductory text or call and be like "What trouble are you getting into today?" Or just something fun and light. Then after whatever her response is, say "you're a cool chick, I'd like to meet up, when are you free?" When she's like Friday or Saturday, just say "ok how bout Friday at 8pm? I can pick you up" or whatever "dress in a way that'll make all your girlfriends jealous and wear comfortable shoes for walking" or whatever. Hope this helps. Another way is if you just say "Hey I'm meeting up with some friends, wanna tag along?" or "going to watch this band play at my favorite bar, you wanna tag along?" Showing that you've already got plans and that you're just inviting her to go along with you.
