Not necessarily. Just don't disappear after she gets your number, continue the chat and build an emotional bond with her. Thats what gets you a callback. Example: I danced ONCE with a chick, I don't know what I did but she liked me a lot so she blurted out "i really need your number!" I had no pen so I scribbled it on paper with a car key which gives barely readable text. And yes she called. Her enthusiasm was a positive sign. Now if she seems very standoffish well thats a warning sign.
