I think you misunderstand the 3 sec rule, this was invented for guys who constantly fear approaching women bucuz it take approximately 3 sec to see a girl and go talk to her. Not see a women and approach even if she is not that attractive to you.

Rejection is part of the game embraces it, cherish it and have a sense of humor about it because it makes you better with another attractive women you meet.
