No but actually, there is nothing wrong with looking young and cute. As far as handling social interactions, you just gotta own it. The proper response is to agree and amplify. So if a girl says "You're so cute" than you reply with something like "Yeah but only during the day, I turn into Sean Connery at night" or "Yep, that's how I lure you into a false sense of safety" or even more generalized as in "I bet you say that to all the guys you like." The idea is to demonstrate that whatever someone has to say about you does not in any way affect the reality of your cool confidence which you most assuredly deserve to have. Your impress your reality upon them, not the other way around.

Another way you can present yourself as a matured, sexual being is to freely talk about sex should the topic arise (and you should see that it does if you are projecting an attractive persona). Presenting a sexually aggressive demeanor is incongruous with looking cute and cuddly (or maybe it isn't for some women, in which case you're 2/2). It's important to impress upon a woman that you are a sexual being because it will dispel any notions of infantilism that you seem to be anticipating. One easy way to do this is to venture an opinion of your sexual predilection for whatever catches your attention; "Oh man, it's so hot when girls do that."

Otherwise, try to adjust your physical appearance. Look into weight resistance training to cultivate some mass. Dress more maturely, long sleeve button-down shirts and slacks. Grow a beard if you can.
