While I've definitely made some major improvements from the absolute emotional wreck I was during my first relationship, I still struggle with a mood-ruining neediness. I had a significant mindset change through September-March and made vast strides in my overall game, but quarantine has degraded a lot of my improvement and I've noticed myself slipping.

I returned to work after 2.5 months (Part-time restaurant job with mostly college girls and a few of us guys, don't shit where you eat doesn't apply here) and was hoping to continue where I left off with a girl who was definitely interested in me. I didn't get her contact info before this whole pandemic started and by the time I came back, she was still flirty but not quite as interested. Meanwhile, I came back with some sort of attachment to her I had formed over isolation.

Today, I saw her flirt with another co-worker and that disgusting feeling of jealousy hit me for the first time since mid last year and I realized that maybe instead of loosing that neediness, I hid it away through the veil of night game and my faux abundance mentality. Now that house parties are rare and the clubs are empty, I'm back to co-workers being my only pool of potential partners and that mentality of "Only one person matters to me" is starting to take over.

What are your tips to fighting off this mindset? I'm not asking for advice with her, but rather how to dismiss catching feelings and the neediness that comes along with it.
