So here's the scenario. I'm 31 and have a really good female friend from work who has a single friend she wants to set me up with. Claims she is a great match for me and that she is hot, so I naturally expressed interest. My coworker is 40+ and I just now learned that so is her friend. Problem is I'm just not into dating 40+ year olds right now but I'm not sure how to tell my coworker that I'm not into this setup without hurting my coworkers feelings about her own age. Any advice?
