Hey,

So, im 16 and in high school. I am not super popular, but people know me. I am popular with a large group of girls and they all find me funny and compliment me quite a bit. The thing is, I suck at first introductions, usually other people introduce themselves first, then I go in afterwards. This is why I think I'm not getting the ladies. I have my eye on a girl that none of my friends or I actually know, but I know the only way to get a shot with her is to take a step forward and talk to her. Do any of you have advice on how I should go about this without being creepy, and maybe how il give her the hint that I'm looking for something more?
