So you're asking for permission on here to call her and ask her out? What are you waiting for, man? I was taught game on the street, and one of the best sayings we had was if you're not banging her tonight, some other guys is going to be between her legs on the kitchen counter.

Also, what are you doing texting her. Texting game is for knuckleheads. Call her, take her out again, escalate. ASAP.

Shitting where you eat is usually a bad idea, but since you don't work in the same department it seems OK.

I wouldn't worry about working together as it's different departments and you don't see each other. I would call her ASAP and ask her out again. You obviously like her to some extent and you enjoy the dates. You miss 100% of the opportunities you dont take and why wouldn't you continue to go on dates if you enjoy them?? Goodluck
