I'm a guy, 19, I was hanging out on my stoop and my next door neighbor came out. We live in a college town so it's all college kids and we're all new neighbors because kids typically move in and out of the houses/apartments every year. Anyways, I said hi and introduced myself and she was very smiley and friendly and I invited her and her roommates over anytime and she immediately gave me her number 10 seconds after meeting her. She was very cute and nice. I think the best step would be to invite her and friends over to pre game and go to a party together one of these weekends, but any other/ better advice? I felt a very good connection and have been in a good mood since we exchanged numbers.
