Alright buddy! The fact that you're willing to do something about this is what matters the most. I am 17, been doing "Pick Up" for almost a year now, very few results but that's cause I live in a village and only do game once every month or 2(I still see Improvement). I'd say build yourself one step at a time. Go out alone the first time, anytime of the day, in my opinion daygame, since you're alone and just ask for directions, try to hold eye contact, and be nice to people. Our mission here is to get accustomed to talking to strangers. Once you feel comfy try to go up to girls and tell them you think they're cute. DISCLAIMER: You might get rejected a lot, it's NOT you, so take it easy on yourself. When we begin doing this, we are very nervous and anxious and most girls won't like that, Just keep approaching until you're finally able to hold yourself. MOST IMPORTANTLY, BE YOURSELF.

You have some choices, my suggestion based on my life experiences and the fact you appear to be lacking in social skills is that to jump start your progress try online dating, take a picture in a suit with good body langauge and write a bit about your career, and be ready to settle for a girl "you know you can have" ie if you are a 7 you're looking at a low 6 at best, maybe a 5. Don't need any cheesy pickup lines just be honest about everything except your lack of any friends, that will cockblock you even with a lower tier girl. But be honest that you are a virgin, she will know anyways. Look for girls who are looking for a monogamous relationship not a hookup, they will put up with the virgin thing more since they know that boyfriend material guys are not going to be as god in bed anyways. and you're probably not getting laid on the first date unless you get lucky anyways so you're looking for some sort of extended relationship.

Or you can take a bunch of time and effort and learn game and never dampen your ego by settling for an easier target to start. Your call, I actually did that as a virgin in my 20's and it took months of hard work and some lucky to find a horny girl to hook up with who was at or exceeding my attractiveness. Looking back I think I should have done both simultaneously.
