DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT start filling your head with PUA shit. It does not help.

That stuff can help, but for it to work, you need 90% doing, 10% reading/watching. Literally, you should time yourself. Have you spent an hour reading a book on this shit? Ok, then you need to go out and spend a bunch of time actually talking to girls. If you don't, it hurts you because to do well girls you need to be "in the moment" and that doesn't work when you have a bunch of thoughts in your head about what you're supposed to do next.
