Safety net. You're her safety net. She blows it with some dude and she can come crawling back to you to satisfy her needs. Next time she comes back shut her down. Tell her you're talking to someone else. Meantime start opening sets and replace her. Calling it a small town is just an excuse. Go exploring find opportunities. But don't obsess over trying to "fix" things with her. Just realize you're being her safety net bitch and use that to fuel your change.

EDIT: And another thing. If you're a college sophomore wtf dude. You're talking about a campus of majority young people. Plenty of opportunities available.

It sounds like she's just using you as a convenient hookup fallback. This is really bad if you have feelings for her. You need to either cut her off or you need get over her and put yourself in the same mindset as her. Meet more people and have her as your fall back. In her eyes there may be no problem, especially if you haven't talked about it. It is possible to embrace this... If you've got a few options at your disposal you'd probably feel a lot more confident. Don't let her use you and make you feel like crap. If you do talk to her about it be prepared to lose what you do have, which sounds like a hookup buddy.
