Change of environment maybe? I don't know how old you are but while I love my family we had lots of arguments when we lived together. Ever since I moved out I've been feeling better, no arguments, plus I learned how to take care of myself. Feels good.

This seems like something that could happen to many, all is normal. Maybe in your family there is a culture for eating a lot of unhealthy food, bringing down the average mood?

Everybody wants to be happy. Perhaps your family members would be delighted if you were able to raise the happiness factor at home.
