I work in retail. I'd say don't treat them any differently to an unattractive woman or other customers. But compliment what you like about them. Then you can open conversation, working in retail is so easy to get logistics because they are shopping for a purpose, when you unravel what or who they are shopping for you can tailor your game, I'd say once you have a rough idea of her shopping logistics/mood, move quickly onto more flirtatious interactions instead of work mode interactions. You can use work as an excuse to close with a number. Also make sure you close as she is leaving not during her shop, otherwise it'll just be awkward whilst she's getting on with whatever she's doing lol.

Approach cute girl when you are relaxed and in confident mood. Smile at her and ask her where something is in the store, as if you were a client and her working there lol. Smile playfully as you ask her so she gets it's a joke. That will throw her off and she should/will laugh. Then you can start the convo from there. If done right, this would be a good opener.
