From what I understand she says the last 10 years have been horrible I dont support even tho I helped put her through 2 college degrees I dont care I spent my the last 10 years doing nothing but being a dedicated husband not as takk to another female we fought like normal couples but sounds like now she just got her balls up to do it

She placing the blame on you. This is what you do. Live for yourself don't worry about her because she doesn't see all that you've done for her so don't do anything for her. Let her see what life is with out a caring husband. I mean completely let her go. You don't be available to or for her. Do things you like or things you ever had time to do. Go out, make new friends, try new hobbies, if you have kids only talk to her about them ONLY. If the conversation starts to go off into what have you been up to get off the phon. You don't owe her that she made her choice to leave so she losses her right to that level of access to you. You don't have to sleep around... Just live for you and not her. The more you show her you don't need her and you care about yourself first then she'll want to be around you or talk you more. But remember change doesn't happen in a day or week or months it takes long time and hard work, so if you don't see her trying to work thing out then don't trust the change its only short term. She'll go right back to wanting to leave you. But always put yourself first. Don't be her shoulder or a friend she can call when she's stressed or sad. The only way she should be able to get that is being committed to the marriage and you or not have you anymore. I bet that hasn't crossed her mind till you make it completely clear. Love yourself more and realize you are worth better then that. And there is someone else out there for you that will love you better. Trust me I went through the same thing but i found a amazing women that im falling for and she feels the same. There's hope out there.

I went through a divorce which finalized in November 2017.

Always keep hope for the future. If you can make it through this, you can make it through anything.

I started exercising like a maniac after my divorce and I felt it helped me enormously.

It keeps you busy, you feel better about yourself, and chicks find you more attractive.

My wife would kick me out of the house every night and I slept in my car in Boston for a whole winter when things were bad.

I envisioned myself as Ernest Shackleton exploring Antarctica. (I’m a nut)
