Yep, best thing you can do. If she freaks out that you werent there, explain that means youre invauable and need a pay raise. Then also call her out on her poor planning. If she claims you arent valuable and dont deserve a raise, then explain she can be mad at you because youre not being there didnt matter and also call her out on her poor planning.
