They know nothing of the brutal commutes; the never-ending stress; the contradictory demands; the actual dangers; the dirty work environments; and so on faced by men far more than women at the workplace.

If a man comes home exhausted after a day at work, how about showing him some gratitude and not complaining if he wants to prop his feet up and watch tv? Yeesh.

Yes, men do vastly more housework than they did 50 years ago (up from ‘nothing’) but they’ve kept the luxury of switching their brains off at home.

"Men do nothing at home." Oh, so it's been all the women fixing the plumbing, remodeling the basement, doing the major landscaping -- even building the fucking houses -- etc., etc. So sorry it's stressful that you have to put some clothes into a machine (that men invented) that does the actual work for you.
