SPOILERS - I saw it last night and had a hard time enjoying it due to Disney's SJW injections throughout. Rey doesn't bother me as the female lead, I think she's good for the part and her story line is interesting, especially her flirtations with the Dark Side. But I absolutely hated the whiney Asian woman who stunk up the movie with her Disney 'child of hope' cliche straight from Pocahontas, she's the human equivalent of Jar Jar. And I couldn't believe they actually had a snotty condescending know-it-all snit rebel general with purple hair, just like insufferable feminists IRL! I thought the whole point of science fiction was to escape reality! Hated her character. Poe gets shamed for being a badass and by the end he is proven wrong and put in his place for his toxic masculinity. Carrie Fischer looked like someone who is ready to die, they should've let her float in space and stay dead, that would've been a great way to kill off her character. She stammered around like your drunk loser aunt who's constantly medicated. Thankfully Luke and Kylo Ren and all of the Star Wars universe awesomeness still make this movie a must-see in the theaters. They're only going to get more SJW in each subsequent episode, so you might as well see this one as your best Star Wars option for the rest of your life.
