I know I'm starting at a young age here , but I wanted to ask advice from you guys. Would you recommend if I moved into a university dorm with, or without a roommate? If it was male or female roommate?

I initially thought of not having a roommate, because I get my own privacy, masturbate in peace, less chance of getting sick. So far I can't think of a benefit for having a roommate.
