After I stopped seeking pussies I changed a lot of things in my life and one of them is what I eat. I realised I am what I eat and drink, those things bring energy to my body and I was eating/drinking basically shit/piss. I'm not fat, but I was an unhealthy person.

I used to feel low evergy, lack of motivation, a lot of headache, stress all the time and anxiety...

I decided to take a blood exam, my testosterone level was a bit unbalanced, low vitamin levels and the doc spotted dehydration. He said I was thin and not sick, but all bcoz of my age (24yo), but that I had to change my habits bcoz eventually our bodies can't keep this kind of lifestyle (party, drinking alcohol, eating shit) and I could develop a problem.

After going to a nutritionist I started taking vitamin pills (Centrum), drinking water properly, I stopped completely to drink alcohol and I'm stopping one step at the time to eat bad foods. After the vitamins I started eating more vegetables, fruits and drinking juices (a lot, specially bcoz it's really hot in Rio de Janeiro,Brazil).

It's been 30 days now and I can see a few results already. I wake up with a lot of energy in the morning and I still feel the battery at 90% at night. I feel happier than ever, less stressed, motivated to do new activities (I started Insanity Workout on Monday), I work hard at work, I'm more productive. I have so many things to do during my day and I do it real quick and still have so much free time left to do other stuff that haven't decided yet. The first change I noticed is that my skin is brighter and I look young and happy. My testosterone seems to be ok now (didn't take any specific medicine), I feel less anxious but I also fight it through meditation, it helps a lot.

I never thought so much could be related to what I eat.

Thank you guys for showing me this path, it's quite difficult at first bcoz you were never free b4 and you see a whole new world to explore and also explore and understand yourself (needs, feelings, hobbies, thoughts, etc), but with your help (this sub and MGTOW content creators) I was able to take important steps to my freedom.
