I need strength in the following situation.

On saturday I had a first date with this 24yr old woman (I'm 30).
We had great conversation. We split the bill and she says "add me to instagram" and "lets stay in touch".

An hour later after the date, she follows me back on Instagram and throws me a "like".

Three hours later, I send a message to her: "hey, great conversation today!. These are the two movies I recommended you earlier: (...)" (we talked a lot about films in our date and she wanted me to remind her of these recommendations).
I truly thought I was in a NAWALT situation with this one.

She didn't reply on sunday and neither on monday.

Later on monday (8pm) I asked her: "...no?"

She replies within an hour or two: "yess. great."

I asked her if she'd like to go out again and she didn't reply.

Today, tuesday 7pm (23 hrs later) I concluded to myself that I needed to stop with this stupid online dating so I deleted her from WhatsApp and unfollowed her on Instagram. I also deleted my Bumble account.

I went to the cinema with a bro and I receive at 9pm a "heyy" message from her.
Sidenote: I only show my WhatsApp profile picture to my contacts, so maybe she knows I deleted her.

I really liked her but I'm tired of women's dynamics. They are just unpredictable and it messes with my emotions.
I know the best is not to reply ever again and just move on and continue going my own way. I'm tired of thinking I've found a NAWALT and then its just like any other girl out there.
I would appreciate advice from you guys.
