I came to Canada almost 2 years back. I left my own country for reasons that would make another post. I dated a girl for 2.5 years which was 3 years back. I haven't dated anyone since. Keep in mind my country appears progressive but it preaches cows as their mother. So, yeah to show the world we are progressive and what not. Bullshit. When I came here, this is a different cultural setting. Gender politics, anti-white, anti-men 'Woke' culture was disturbing.

To be honest, I was stereotyped at work. But, my stoic mindset got me thru. I do not blame those who stereotyped me because there are stupid examples around which I see everyday.

Having worked and spending time with my co workers, I have made really good friends.

Thanks to you all. The posts here and at the stoic sub are great eye openers.
