They never want you to have a happy day with the children especially Father’s Day. I had a lot of similar problems with my ex wife. Always blew up an argument just before Christmas so that I didn’t get to see the children over Christmas. Years later when she remarried I had one daughter with me Xmas day. She called me on Xmas day I refused to take the call as I knew she would be brewing trouble. She then told my daughter she would not be coming back to her home as she had broken up with her second husband over the Xmas. It ruined my daughters day and destroyed all the hard work I had put in to ensure my daughter would have a happy Xmas. A week later the argument had blown over and my ex acted as nothing had happened.
