I wonder if this is a two-way thing. Can men raise girls into women? I know when I was growing up there were a lot of things I went to my dad for because I felt he would understand more than my mom (or any woman.) I have to imagine a girl going through puberty would prefer to ask another woman about that shit.

Yes, women raise girls since they are of the same kind. Well, the question is do women have enough power, authority, value to discipline and protect young girls.
Protecting naive young women from people of dubious character(pimps, paedophiles, thirsty teenagers, AV recruiters, philanderers).

Most modern Western women cannot survive outside the urban jungle. At some point of observation, female mammals that are polygamous don't build anything(ducks, chickens, dogs). While mammals that are monogamous build homes. Such as the beaver couple building dam/home for there themselves and offspring. Some species of monogamous birds that build there nest.
