For those who don't know, there are these things called "intentional communities". IMHO it is kind of a hippy thing. I'm a bit of a hippy in that I strive for self sufficiency, organic whole foods, energy independence, etc... But I'm definitely conservative with respect to most other things. I'm a libertarian I guess.

Anyway, back to the point. Intentional communities are a legal framework where like minded people buy a big chunk of land and the community sets many of its own rules for membership, conduct etc.

Other than the hippies, I've seen evidence of a few prepper style communities, but those are all mixed gender.

My ideal community would be all MGTOW. It would lean heavy in the prepper direction including food production and storage. Community facilities would include a gym with weights and a martial arts room. A gun range would be a nice thing as well.

It would be cool to have a community of 20 or so guys making each other strong as hell. Maybe you could even make it a monastery with it's own religion. In reality it would just be MGTOW munks doing what they do, but it would provide a cover story.

Anyone know of such a place? Maybe I need to create one.
