Stop it and take care of your won bacon. If he wants to be red pilled, he'll wind up here. RP only in a way of a joke to see if a man is sensible for it. So you have the "escape" of only joking. If he isn't: pity for him but just let him walk to the chopping block. Remember the first rule of CPR: mind your OWN safety. Parallel on topic: consider losing the pay slave life altogether. Doesn't need to happen right here, right now. But WTF do you need a company and fellow matrix slaves for? Self employment was besides "beating" the ego and the RP my most liberating manifestations in life.

Edit. "run by females" I do invest on the stock market and one of my prime motivations is to look at the board of a certain company. If there are ANY women on key positions I won't buy the stock. Sure, one lunatic on the "member of the board" doesn't hurt: that's only for a company to meet the imbecile female quotum. She will get paid very handsomely for doing nothing and not able to have a significant role in a company whatsoever. But she can gloat to her girlfriends (and here) she's making a 6 figure salary. But any "tile" starting with "C" in a company's board occupied by a female is a big nono for my investments.

Why is he sad about getting fired from a place run by females?

I don't have a business yet, but if I did, I'd seriously reevaluate whether I want to hire women at all.
