So my boss is trying to get this new product that he patented ready to start selling, but as this new business is just starting out, he can't shell out $10k for an injection molding die.

We ordered in a relatively cheap 3d printer and started printing abs, I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for a: smoother sides and b: stronger prints.

Would it be better to go as hot as possible without stringing, or should I slow it down and go lower temp? Right now it takes about 4 hours for one of the parts and 6 for the other, but I don't want to speed it up if it's gonna fuck up the strength at all
