Bettering yourself is good, but also don't be too stressed and hard on yourselves guys. You don't have to be the best to live a meaningful life. Lets just enjoy our short window of consciousness as much as we can.

This. This is why I started working out again. Just small stuff, but it is working. Yesterday was supposed to be my off day. I changed it and did all 3 days of workouts I had started in a row and am taking today as my off day. Absolutely loving it. I want to lose 60 pounds and get back to the 160 pound range again. I am doing it for me. The post above is so true.
