I didn't do a good job with the meme but I was meaning that they're essentially 3s with or without makeup, however without makeup they're usually less attractive.

Probably still has makeup on, just more subtle. Eyebrows are shaped. Possible mascara on eyelashes. Maybe a toned down lip gloss. Hard to tell at this size. Thumbnails also often erase flaws due to smallness.
