I listened to an episode of Blog Talk Radio by Alan Roger Currie. Here it is: https://www.blogtalkradio.com/modeone/2013/02/22/is-flirting-with-women-approaching-them-becoming-illegal. It is an interview with a man from India, who was falsely accused of sexual harassment. It starts at 38 minutes.

To summarize: The man went to a hospital with his mother. He asked a woman (physician) out for some coffee. She told him to get lost. Then he walked away and left her alone. The woman told the security that he harassed her and they arrested him.

I don't think that was sexual harassment. Merely asking a woman out, is not harassment. If he persisted after she said no, it would become harassment. This story is old, but stuff like this happens all over the world. It's similar to the women in the gyms, calling men creepy for no reason.
