As reported in the Facebook group: "AEovrT Statewide Newsfeed" which is "Formally fighting for Texas DFPS/CPS reform", the United States Department of Justice is considering investigation into child protective services agencies in multiple states.

Our source was told that the Department has received numerous complaints of this in Termination of Parental Rights cases, and have been considering an investigation for quite some time

In considering investigations, I urge the DOJ to review their records for the many complaints citing the appearance of civil rights violations and crime with respect to child protective services agencies that you have received from the reddit /r/mensrights community (and related communities) for many years, and the appearance that the DOJ has so far failed to act to enforce federal law to protect children and parents (especially fathers) who are victims of the specific federal crimes cited in each case.

In case the DOJ has failed to maintain adequate records of crimes reported, please accept this list as a courtesy reminder of past and possibly ongoing federal crimes suitable for consideration of federal investigation, as well as a list of victims who need justice (Some relate to Title IV-D child support and parenting time when those agencies impact the safety of children under a Title IV-E CPS agency's care):
