it's difficult to understand what the caregivers and the patients need. the article introduces an issue (Androgen insensitivity syndrome) that is not at all common. yes, they need expertise and support, as do any healthcare worker.

good feedback. due to lack of awareness and support, it seems like it is a crime to become a young, male caregiver. so first, we want to raise the awareness. Once the discussion starts, we can walk down the list of issues for the caregiver as listed on the page. does that make sense?
